Tony Fred, Faculty Head of Civil Examinations
Tony received a degree in Civil Engineering and a Ph.D. in Civil Examinations in 1998 and 2004. After a post-doctoral experience, he joined our academy as a professor of Civil Examinations in 2006. In 2010, he became Head of IT.
