Credit Recognition Plan:
At UEMC and Promerits, those interested in enrolling in the Official University Degree in Law are allowed to carry out a free preliminary Credit Recognition Study, which allows them to know the extent of subject and/or curricular practice validations equivalent to Official University Teachings, Official Higher Non-University Teachings, Non-Official University Teachings leading to other degrees, Work or Professional Experience, and Languages, that meet the necessary criteria for validation.
The requirements established in RD 1393/2007, of 29 October, must be met, which establishes the organization of official university teachings. Article 6. Credit recognition and transfer.

Methodology
We offer you a flexible and 100% online methodology so that you can more effectively balance your work, academic, and personal life. By studying an online degree at UEMC, you will have:
- CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT: Through group/individual projects/assignment. You will have a schedule of submission deadlines for the exercises from the beginning so you can plan ahead. This accounts for 60% of the final grade.
- EXAMS: These are online but can be taken at the numerous UEMC locations throughout Spain and abroad to facilitate travel for exams. They account for 40% of the final grade.
- PARTIAL EXAMS: Voluntarily, you can take a mid-semester partial exam to reduce the final exam material.
- FINAL EXAM: It is mandatory to take the exam at the end of the semester. If you have not passed the partial exam, you will have to take the entire exam material.
- INCLUDED MATERIAL: Access to all necessary theoretical material, such as syllabi or exercises, on the virtual campus to successfully complete the degree at no additional cost.
- PERSONALISED SUPPORT: You will have the support of a personal advisor and be in direct contact with the teachers.
- LIVE CLASSES: Interact with teachers and classmates in all subjects through live sessions in the afternoons and access recorded classes whenever you need them.
- END-OF-DEGREE THESIS: You will always have the support of a personal tutor for the preparation of the final project, which you will have to defend in a public session, with a presentation and a round of questions and/or evaluations from the tribunal that you must answer.
